The Chairmen of the three permanent committees have a seat on the Board of Directors:

• Chairman of the Event Management Committee;
• Chairman of the Reseacrh & Development Committee; and
  
• Chairman of the HR Committee.

There are four main objectives for all permanent committees of ABC:

1. Fulfilling the routine tasks and assignments, relating to the particular committee, that are included in the action plan of ABC;
   
2. Assisting the other committees in fulfillment of their tasks and implementation of their projects;
   
3. Building the necessary capacity and eventually providing services, that the particular committee is specialized in, to external entities; and
   
4. Organization of the works in line with the standards set forth by the Board of Directors.
